Movement + conversation around how nutrition and movement can be used as self care tools, in an anti-diet culture, fat positive and body neutral space.
It is our belief that we all deserve the space to feel good. So often we see in the media that wellness is only applicable to a specific few, who have the time and luxury of investing in the latest products and services. As active members and facilitators of this movement we feel that there needs to be more in the way of representation. We are all individual so there is no one size fits all approach to feeling good and being healthy.
During this workshop we intend to empower each of you to take an intuitive approach to wellness. Use what you have and listen to your body, do what feels good.
