Healthy fats, a bit of protein
Do you have a desert island snack?
My cravings tend to shift seasonally but currently my desert island snack would be: nori sheets with avocado, tahini, cucumber.
What snacks do you always have on hand?
Coconut yogurt
Granola
Nori wraps
Seed crackers
Hummus
Cucumbers
Is there a snack you’ve been loving a lot lately?
I make these little nori squares. I get large sheets of nori and rip them by hand into small squares. Place avocado, tahini, cucumber, sea salt and sprouts on top and it is so tasty!
