Working as a Nutritionist I see so many folks who want help feeling better in their bodies. Often when we look to change what comes to mind is DIET: ‘I need to eat differently and then my life will suddenly be much better’I do acknowledge that diet can have a big impact on how we feel in our bodies but it’s not the only piece of the puzzle.
While making big shifts like these can be a helpful starting point, folks don’t often see lasting results,why?
Because we neglect to address the emotional element of how we care for ourselves. How we talk to ourselves, how we quiet our voice and hold back from life. Neglecting this huge element of healing work that needs to be addressed can leave us feeling frustrated, burnt out and have us fall back into old, comfortable habits.
In this group we address the WHY: why do we talk to ourselves this way? Where did this come from and how can we grow and heal these pieces of ourselves.
Getting clear on how we process our emotions and how that impacts our relationship with our bodies. Negative self-talk is a hard habit to break and those feelings can impact so much of our lives from relationships to career to how we care for ourselves and plan for the future.
In this group we will dedicate these next 8-weeks to going deep and developing strategies to connect and feel better in our bodies.
